At Moipone Aesthetics, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our cosmetic and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on used or opened items, for health and safety reasons.
However, we’re here to help if:
1. You Received a Damaged or Defective Product
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or offer a store credit, depending on the situation.
2. You Received the Wrong Item
If we made an error in your order, we sincerely apologize. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel, and we’ll arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene regulations, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used products
Products not in original condition or packaging
Sale or promotional items
Refunds (if applicable)
Once a return is received and inspected (for eligible cases), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment or issued as store credit within 7–10 business days.
